- You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account.
4. Course & Exam
The online course and exam are for educational preparation. Passing our exam does not guarantee DMV outcomes.
5. Payments & Refunds
All fees are listed prior to checkout (if/when enabled). Refunds, if offered, are subject to posted policies at time of purchase.
6. Prohibited Use
No scraping, reverse-engineering, cheating, or any use that violates laws or harms the Service or others.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
